Notes:

1. “rent-price ratios” reports the ratio of rents (semi-annual) to prices.
2. “rent_indx_nom” and “price_indx_nom” report nominal rent (BLS) and price (OFHEO) indexes.
3. “exp 10yr infl and 10yr Treas” reports 10-year inflation expectations and the nominal yield on a 10-year Treasury, both at semi-annual rates.
4. “CPI XShelter” reports the CPI index excluding shelter for the USA.
5. “annual pop, emp, inc data” report MSA-level data on population, (annual) per-capita income, and employment, as well as the CPI index excluding shelter. Unlike the other tabs in this worksheet, these data are reported at the annual frequency.
